R. Baskaran, B.Com., Grad CWA, FCA

He is the senior partner of the firm. He qualified in the year 1992 and is in practice from 1998. He is well versed in Mergers, Acquisitions, SEBI, FEMA, Taxation and Auditing.

V. Srividya B.Sc., ACA, DISA

She specializes in Corporate Audit and Systems Audit. She qualified in the year 1996 and was holding a top position in finance in a listed company in healthcare segment before joining the firm.
